Transition2Work Administrator

Overview

The T2W Administrator is an integral role in the Transition2Work program. This position involves preparing, editing, and sending complex and sensitive documents to program partners and participants, as well as telephonically following up for status updates.
 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The T2W Administrator will place outbound calls to non-profit agencies with active assignments to follow up on the progress of each injured worker. The T2W Administrator must learn and understand the process of ReEmployAbility's Transition2Work program in order to effectively navigate various situations that may arise. Detailed documentation and e-mail communication is required for all aspects of this position.
 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Education
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Articulate and professional phone demeanor
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Ability to be able to maintain effective, professional relationships with clients
  • Set priorities and work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual is a plus! (Spanish/English)
